At Rivoir, asset management is all about the physical infrastructure asset. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and further professionalising asset management within complex DBFM(O) projects and other long-term infrastructure contracts in the Netherlands and Europe.

You will work on some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects within our international portfolio, with investment values of up to around €1 billion. Together with clients, you develop the asset management vision and translate it into a concrete and feasible asset management approach throughout the entire life cycle of the asset.

You set up asset management organizations, develop governance, processes, KPIs and reports and ensure that maintenance, performance and risks are structurally managed. In doing so, you bring together technical performance, maintenance, contractual obligations and financial considerations to continuously optimize the availability, reliability and value of the asset.

You move at the intersection of technology, maintenance, contract management and finance on a daily basis. You determine what information is needed for decision-making, collect and validate data from different disciplines and translate complex analyses into clear advice, asset management plans, business cases and decision-making documents. In addition to developing strategies, you play an active role in the implementation. You manage maintenance performance, assess risks and advise on optimisations, replacements and investments. In this way, you help clients to manage their assets sustainably, safely and future-proof.

You are an important discussion partner for clients, project management, investors, maintenance parties and other stakeholders. You connect different disciplines and interests, create support and give substantive direction to complex asset management issues.
