You are central to the financial aspects of project financing and equity investments in infrastructure projects (PPP). You work together with international banks, investors and advisers in the field of legal, fiscal and financial matters. And you maintain intensive contact with the executing construction and maintenance parties and clients (for example, Rijkswaterstaat).
As a financial manager at Rivoir, you are responsible for the financial management of our projects. You guarantee the quality, timeliness and completeness of the financial tasks within each project. You are the main point of contact for banks and shareholders with tasks such as making financial analyses and advising the project management and shareholders.
You keep the financial models up to date and implement financial plans while also being responsible for financial reporting and accountability to the shareholders. Moreover, you manage the treasury and financing and maintain relationships with various financial and technical advisers. You are also a financial partner for the involved operational parties. You support them with contract changes and deal with financial risk management. You ensure compliance with financing documentation and monitor tax procedures and the filing of tax returns.

We are looking for a professional with a university degree in economics or accountancy. You have 4 to 10 years of experience in project organization or accountancy and have an affinity with financing. You are flexible, proactive and have strong communication skills. In addition, you can analyze problems and are capable of thinking strategically. The ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment is important, as well as being a team player. Finally, you must have excellent skills in Excel.
