Vacancy:
Business Manager (Junior)

What does this position entail?

As a Business Manager at Rivoir, you will be given responsibility within a complex project from day one, with the guidance and room to grow.

You are an important link within one project, the pivot in the web of operational processes. You ensure that everything is well organized: from planning and progress analyses to reports and decision-making. You take ownership of sub-projects and processes, you maintain an overview, provide structure and help the project team move forward.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team within an SPC (Special Purpose Company): a company (project organisation) that has been specially set up for one concession project. This means that you work in a professional, dynamic environment where collaboration with Finance, Legal, Asset Management, the director, the contractor and external stakeholders is central.

In the project, you report to the Project Director or Senior Business Manager and at the same time you are part of Team Business Management. You will receive intensive guidance, while you grow step by step towards more independence and responsibility.

At Rivoir, you not only work on projects, but also on your own development. You will learn to prioritise, analyse and advise — skills that form the basis for a further career as a Business Manager.

A selection of our great customers & partners.

This is what your tasks look like!

You work at the intersection of content, organization and collaboration. You ensure that projects remain manageable, take ownership of your responsibilities within the project and ensure that the right information is available at the right time.
