As a Business Manager, you are responsible for the integrated management of one or more complex projects during the construction and maintenance phases. You ensure that projects remain controllable and that planning, finances, quality, and risks are continuously transparent.
You operate at the intersection of project teams, management, and external stakeholders. You maintain oversight, bring structure, and ensure that decisions are made in a timely and well-substantiated manner — even when interests are significant.
In practice, this means you:
monitor progress and steer on planning, budget, quality, safety, and risks;
translate risks and deviations into concrete actions and decision-making;
liaise with clients, public authorities, shareholders, and financiers;
prepare governance and financial reports that support informed decision-making;
manage advisors and external parties and support colleagues in their professional development;
shape and implement the project and governance structure within the SPC.
You know when to push forward, when to connect, and where your intervention will have the greatest impact on both the project and the organization.
You will become part of a fast-growing, international company with a team of ambitious and experienced professionals.

We expect you to bring:
a master’s degree in engineering, public administration, or business administration;
5–7 years of relevant project experience within engineering, construction, real estate, facility management, or a consulting/investment environment;
strong analytical and communication skills;
experience with governance and financial reporting;
experience with PPP or DBFM(O) projects and project financing is a plus.
