At Rivoir you will work on the long-term performance of complex infrastructure assets such as tunnels, highways and energy infrastructure. You will focus on performance in which technology, maintenance and lifecycle costs go hand in hand and you will be given the space to develop from a tactical expert to a strategic role within asset management.
Instead of working on one project, you work on multiple infrastructure assets and for different clients and investors. You will not only focus on maintenance, but on the performance of assets over the entire lifecycle – often 20 to 30 years – within the contractual frameworks of DBFM(O) concessions.
You operate within the SPC and look at asset management in an integrated way, bringing together technical, contractual and financial optimisations. Optimisations do not stop at technology, but often also have an impact on contractual agreements and financing structures.
You work closely with asset managers, contractors, maintenance parties and investors and have a direct influence on the performance and value development of assets.
Depending on your experience, you will enter at a medior or senior level. Together we look at your starting point and growth path within Rivoir.
Managing asset reliability, availability and performance
Ensuring that assets remain reliable, secure and available within contractual performance requirements
Optimizing maintenance strategies and lifecycle costs
Analyzing performance and failure data and translating it into improvement measures
Managing maintenance parties and managing contractual performance
Advising project management and asset managers
Identifying and mitigating technical and operational risks
Working on one or more projects with a focus on optimization
You will become part of a fast-growing, international company with a team of ambitious and experienced professionals.
Rivoir works for the largest (international) projects in infrastructure. This often involves large international renowned construction companies, investors and consultants. The working language is often English.
At Rivoir, we like to see initiative and offer an environment where continuous development is encouraged. We do this by offering both training and on-the-job training.
