Rivoir organizes and manages real estate and infrastructure for investors. This includes courthouses, public offices, and barracks. Often these are public-private partnerships in the form of a concession. You’ll be involved in many aspects of our projects, such as technology, facility management, finance, and commerce. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders: clients, construction combinations, maintenance parties, and other service providers, international banks, investors, and advisors. The variety of tasks in this dynamic environment makes this role diverse and challenging.

This is what your tasks look like!

As an investment manager at Rivoir, you’ll be a part of the project teams and play a critical role in managing and leading our concession projects in real estate, road and water infrastructure, or energy.

You often take on the role of project director and are responsible for the multidisciplinary Rivoir project team. You develop and implement the vision and strategy and ensure timely and qualitative execution of the business plan for the involved investors. You are the strategic and commercial point of contact for stakeholders and have an in-depth understanding of the financial, contractual, legal, and technical context of the project. You maintain intensive contact with executing parties like construction and maintenance parties and clients, for example, Rijksvastgoedbedrijf.

We relieve investors and asset managers and create a strong long-term connection between investments and projects.

What do we ask of you?

We are looking for a professional with a university degree. You have more than 10 years of experience in management positions within the technical, construction, facility, consulting, or investment sector. Experience with large (PPP) projects and financing is a plus. You are commercially driven and proactive. Furthermore, you are capable of analyzing problems, making considered judgments, and collaboratively finding solutions. A strong focus on quality is essential, as is the ability to work as a team player.
