Rivoir organizes and manages real estate and infrastructure for investors. This includes courthouses, public offices, and barracks. Often these are public-private partnerships in the form of a concession. You’ll be involved in many aspects of our projects, such as technology, facility management, finance, and commerce. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders: clients, construction combinations, maintenance parties, and other service providers, international banks, investors, and advisors. The variety of tasks in this dynamic environment makes this role diverse and challenging.
As a business manager at Rivoir, you are part of the multidisciplinary project teams and play a crucial role in managing and organizing our concession projects in real estate, road and water infrastructure, or energy.
You primarily focus on the processes and assurance around investments and concessions. In the investments and concessions of the major projects, business management revolves around 4 key aspects: (1) business planning (2) management & business reporting (3) processes & procedures (4) monitoring progress, quality, and assurance. You operate at the intersection of implementation & contract and financing. As a business manager, you work closely with the finance managers, legal managers, asset managers, and the project directors of Rivoir.

We are seeking a professional with a university degree in engineering. You have more than 3 years of experience in the technical, construction, facilities, consulting, or investment sector. Experience with large projects and financing is a plus. You are proactive and capable of analyzing problems and making well-considered judgments. Furthermore, you have an eye for processes and can collaboratively find solutions. A strong focus on quality is essential, as well as the ability to work as a team player.
